The United Kingdom comprises England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland which itself is an island country is spanning an archipelago including Great Britain. Every year, more than 500,000 international students get enrolled in the UK for their under graduate and post graduate degree. The students also enroll in university pathways as well. If you can’t meet admission requirements, you can go through the pathways like Navitas, Kaplan, Oxford, etc. If your English language is not required, you also can appear either paid or free UKVI/ English test of the university. For your visa grant, there is the point system in the UK. In order to be eligible to get the visa you must have 70 point at least. The CAS carries 50 points, your academic documents carry 10, English language test carries 10 and your evidence of financial capacities carries 10. In this way, you can get 70 point without IELTS as well. So you can apply without IELTS also but you must have above 70 score in English subject in your highest level of education.
Requirements for CAS (Conformation of Acceptance for studies)/ Admission in UK
- 1. Academic Range:
60% or equivalent in your highest level of studies.
- 2. English Language Proficiency:
Overall 6.0 and not less than 5.5 in each band in IELTS or equivalent in other language proficiency test. Also you can appear the UKVI/ English test offered by the University as well but you should get the equivalent score. If you have more than 70 score in English subject in your highest level of education, you can also be eligible.
- 3. Evidence of Financial Capacity:
Evidence of financial Capacity: Meeting the expenses including tuition fee, health cover, living cost, travel cost, etc.
- 4. SOP (Statement of Purpose) of UK :
A letter of the applicant to convince the visa office to grant the visa in which, personal and family information, academic background, language skill, reason for choosing the UK, reason for not choosing home country and other countries like the USA Australia, Canada, etc, reason for choosing the mentioned course and the mentioned university, clear vision of career plan and financial background.
- 5. Affidavit of Support:
The written commitment of the sponsors with the visa officer to bear all the expenses of the student during her/ his stay there in the UK.

6. A valid travel document with the first and last page, and also the visa stamped page if you have travel history is required.

UK Student Visa Application Procedure
- Send your application either through portal or through email to the admission department of the university.
- Get the offer letter and prepare all financial documents
- Send all the documents and attend pre CAS interview.
- Make payment and get the CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for studies)
- Lodge visa online and pay visa application fee
- Undertake your medical test
- Collect biometric in VFS global
- Get your visa approval and travel to the UK.
